Our Saviour Jesus Christ, said He will not cast out anyone who comes to Him (John 6:37). He will not reject those who come to Him for salvation at any point, regardless of the magnitude of their sins. The door of repentance and hope is not closed to them (Revelation 3:20). However, tomorrow is not promised to man. God can call anyone back at any time. This exhortation is not to scare us, but to remind us of the importance of salvation.
People die every minute. The good, the evil, the rich, the poor, the young, and the old can be called home anytime. Years ago, a brother shared with us in church, how his wife shared the Word with someone over the phone, and passed on to glory in her sleep that same night. There have been cases of people who woke up in the morning, went about their business, and never came back home – it still happens. We all pray to live long; but how and when we die are not as important as where we are headed. Heaven and hell are both real. Which, will be your final destination?
God has been merciful to call some of His children for a short period, just for them to see what Heaven and hell are like. They have come back to tell us what they saw. I had just a bit of experience myself years ago, when the Lord told me He was pleased with me, except for one sin that hindered me from making it to Paradise. I still keep thinking (even now), where I would have spent eternity if I did not come back to life that day.
When we die, nobody will be pleading with us any longer to surrender our lives to Jesus, and live holy. If you do not have a relationship yet with Jesus Christ, surrender all to Him today and make a decision to live holy. It is not as complicated as you thought to surrender your life to Him. Procrastinate no further, and visit the page below to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour today. Tomorrow might just be too late!
